Project Early Learning

This policy describes how Flowbridge Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information in the Project Early Learning iOS app.

Who the app is for

The app is for parents, guardians, and educators. An adult creates the account, adds children, and runs learning sessions. Children use the app only while an adult is present. The app is not directed at children as independent users and is not listed as a “Made for Kids” app.

Information we collect

• Account information: guardian name, email address, and password (password is stored by our authentication provider, not in readable form).
• Child profile: first name, last name, and date of birth. Age is calculated from date of birth. We do not collect a school grade.
• Learning activity: answers, whether an answer was correct, time taken, lesson and question identifiers, and session history.
• Voice recordings: if a question uses spoken answers, the app records the child’s voice so the adult can mark the answer and later review progress. Recordings are stored with that child’s results.
• Photos (optional): a profile picture if the adult chooses to upload one.
• Feedback: messages an adult sends through the in-app feedback form.

How we use this information

We use it only to operate the app: create accounts, run lessons, show progress to the guardian, and let an administrator export results (including links to voice recordings) for educational review. We do not sell personal information. We do not use this data for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

Children’s data

Child profiles and voice recordings are collected only after a guardian creates the account and adds the child. Guardians can review results and recordings in the app. To correct or delete a child’s information, the guardian should contact us using the email below. We do not knowingly let a child create their own account.

Where data is stored

App data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (hosted on infrastructure such as AWS). Voice files are stored in a file bucket used by the app. Access is limited to the guardian’s account and to authorized administrators of the learning program.

Retention

We keep account, child, session, and recording data while the account is active so progress can be reviewed. If you ask us to delete an account, we will delete or de-identify associated personal data unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
